CLS hosted a Return-to-Work webinar at the end of May to offer considerations and resources for employers throughout the state with California’s reopening. California officially moved out of the current color-coded tiered system that has guided shutdowns and re-openings on June 15.
If you did not have an opportunity to watch the webinar or would like to share with employees and colleagues, click here. In addition, CLS conducted a survey to gather information about the industry’s existing considerations and best practices to facilitate a seamless return-to-work plan after COVID-19 subsides. CLS understands the challenges that employers are faced with as we work to bring back our non-essential workforce. While the state is officially reopened, it is important to understand that counties still have the authority to set forth health orders that could place restrictions on various industries and how business is conducted.
