Stacey Bowlin, Senior Vice President, Industry Engagement and Marketing

Stacey Bowlin serves as Senior Vice President of Industry Engagement & Marketing. Since joining CLS in 2021, Stacey has built a marketing function that includes the organization’s communications and profile building efforts, CLS’s events portfolio, sponsorship and other non-dues revenue initiatives, and systems and data. Stacey oversees CLS’ entrepreneurship programs, with an emphasis on expanding opportunities for startup companies, including CLS’s acclaimed FAST advisory program, and new initiatives that support the innovation pipeline. Bowlin joined CLS from the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), the world’s largest trade association representing the biotechnology industry, where she most recently served as Managing Director of Marketing and Event Services, developing both an organizational narrative and event experience that attracted, engaged and retained customers. Prior to her nine years at BIO, Bowlin managed successful integrated marketing and communications campaigns for several corporate and non-profit entities including FTI Consulting, Ford Motor Company Fund and Financial Dynamics. Bowlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Washington State University.
