DESCRIPTION:Predicting pharmacokinetics (PK)\, pharmacodynamics (PD)\, and target engagement in tissues that cannot be sampled clinically is a major challenge in drug development. This workshop will present current modeling and experimental strategies to assess the biodistribution of large molecule therapeutics\, such as antibodies\, peptides\, and nucleic acid-based medicines. A key focus will be on translating these quantitative assessments from preclinical models to support and accelerate clinical development.
