SUMMARY:Small Molecule Preclinical Formulation Development: Liquid and Solid Dose Forms for Animal Dosing (in collaboration with ReechPharma)
DESCRIPTION:Scientifically strong preclinical formulations are as important as a late-stage clinical formulations to facilitate the successful preclinical evaluation of a potential drug candidate in PK/Pharmacology/Tox studies. Selection of right vehicles and the suitable method of preparation\, inactive ingredients\, pH\, viscosity\, flow properties\, wetting/dispersibility\, solubilizers\, and stabilizers are some of the important parameters for formulating a soluble\, stable\, and bioavailable formulation.
