Chromatography & LC-MS/MS – Principles, Hands-On Lab Sessions, and Applications with Expert Guidance

This lab course will provide participants with a solid introduction to chromatography and mass spectrometry, combining lectures and hands-on HPLC and LC-MS/MS training. By the end of the training, participants will be able to interpret chromatographic and mass spectrometric data, select appropriate Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) transitions, and appreciate the application of LC-MS in pharmaceutical and bioanalytical workflows.
Limited to 15 attendees. Lunch will be included.
After successful completion of the course, a PBSS Certificate of Completion will be issued.
You will learn the following in this lab course:
- Chromatography principles and HPLC column selection
- Mass spectrometry fundamentals
- HPLC and LCMS method development strategies
- Lab Training:
- Setting up chromatographic runs
- Hands-on operation of LCMS instrumentation
- Generating and interpreting MS/MS spectra
- Developing targeted MRM quantitative methods
