Caryn McDowell is a veteran Chief Legal Officer and biopharmaceutical executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience. She has served as CLO and Corporate Secretary for multiple publicly traded biotech companies and as a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards of directors, and executive teams. Her experience spans high-growth and commercialization, strategic transactions, corporate governance, and organizational transformation. Caryn holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. with a double major in Political Science and Judaic Studies from the University of Michigan.
