2026 BioTools Innovator Capstone
The BioTools Innovator Capstone brings together leaders from biotech, pharma, life science tools, and the investment community to celebrate the innovations reshaping how medicine is discovered, developed, and delivered. Hosted at UCSD Park & Market in San Diego, the full-day event features curated programming across startup showcases, expert panels, and all-day partnering — connecting 200+ investors, industry leaders, and strategic partners with the entrepreneurs building the infrastructure of tomorrow’s medicine.
The Capstone culminates in the BTI Finals Competition, where top companies from the 2026 cohort make their case to a room of leading life science investors and industry decision-makers, and compete for the top prize of $250,000. Together, the day’s programming celebrates the tools and platforms redefining how science gets done — and the founders determined to bring them to market.
