Caryn is the Chief Legal Officer at Terns Pharmaceuticals. Caryn previously served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at both public and private biotech companies, leading global legal and compliance teams across a range of therapeutic areas. Earlier in her career, she was a state and federal prosecutor focused on healthcare-related investigations. Caryn holds a J. D. degree from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. with a double major in Political Science and Judaic Studies from the University of Michigan.
