Linnette Torres has over 25 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry and brings deep expertise in global quality and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Masimo, she served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Quality Officer at Integra LifeSciences, where she led the development of an enterprise compliance master plan and harmonized quality systems across more than 20 global sites.
Earlier in her career, Linnette spent over two decades at Edwards Lifesciences, where she held roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President of Quality for the Critical Care division. She is widely recognized for her ability to drive process standardization, system optimization, and strategic initiatives that advance patient care through high-quality medical technologies.
Linnette holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and completed postgraduate studies in Quality Management and Productivity at the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. She also earned an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. In addition, she is a certified ISO 13485 Lead Auditor and holds Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certifications.
