Rachael Lester is Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer at CytomX Therapeutics, where she leads corporate strategy and business development. She brings over two decades of experience in strategic planning, business development, and portfolio leadership across the life science and biopharmaceutical sectors. Prior to joining CytomX, she served as Chief Business Officer at Replicate Bioscience, leading corporate strategy, business development, and capital formation, and securing key financing and partnerships. Previously, she was SVP of Business Development and Corporate Strategy at Harpoon Therapeutics, where she built major partnerships with AbbVie and Roche. Ms. Lester has also held senior roles in corporate strategy, portfolio management, and commercialization at Bruin Biometrics and Onyx Pharmaceuticals (now an Amgen subsidiary), and earlier worked in the life sciences consulting practices at Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton. She holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania.
