From raw images to auditable results
Ingest or stream images from any microscope or vendor, including .nd2, .czi, and OME-TIFF files. Cytely automatically segments cells, nuclei, and subcellular objects across multiple fluorescence channels. Scientists then gate populations on interactive scatter plots, an image flow cytometry experience where every selected cell is highlighted in the original image. Every datapoint, threshold, and decision is logged with full provenance, and the complete experiment travels in one secure link, reproducible with a single click.
