Anindita Basu has worked across the life sciences for over 20 years focusing on Commercial Technology, Enterprise Data Strategy, Digital Transformation, Patient Services and Commercial Operations – both in the US and globally. In the last 5 years, she has been helping life science companies set up digital transformation through sales, marketing, medical technology harmonization and integration. Additionally, she has advised clients on data strategy/governance, technology solutions, platforms and informatics.
Prior to Deloitte, she led the Commercial Effectiveness Practice – West Region at IMS Health (IQVIA), managing a P&L as well as a large regional team. Her team implemented complex salesforce size and structure, payer mix and influence models, promotional mix models, segmentations, and launch effectiveness solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations. Anindita has also presented and been a speaker in many conferences like Veeva Commercial Summit, PMSA, PM360, Pharma Voice and eye4pharma on New Commercial Models, Influence Models, Impact of IDNs on decision making, DTC effectiveness on brand lifecycle and healthcare influencers on brand planning.
