“CLS Ambassadors,” is the premier grassroots advocacy program for the life sciences ecosystem. By joining our network of ambassadors throughout California, you will be updated on legislative issues, priorities, and political news throughout the state. In addition, we will request calls to action on sensitive legislative matters. Those calls to action will range from asking you to retweet/like a CLS social media post (tagging specific legislators), signing onto pre-drafted letters to legislators, participating in local meetings with your elected official, and many more. CLS encourages you to follow us on Twitter at @CALifeSciences and retweet calls to action and news accordingly.

The most active CLS Ambassadors will be invited to attend exclusive Political Action Committee (PAC) Board lunches/dinners and receptions throughout the year, where we will invite elected officials to participate.

Your voice makes a real impact on lawmakers as they consider how to vote or amend proposed laws that effect the life sciences ecosystem. Furthermore, lawmakers want to hear from you—voices from their local community and district. We hope to collaborate with you to achieve industry success.
