Maileen Flores, CPA

Maileen is a Partner with Richtr Financial Studio and is based in San Diego. She is also a CPA in CA & CO. Through her work as a fractional CFO and Accounting expert, she works closely with startup and scaleup Founders to craft financial strategies that accelerate growth and scalability. She has worked in a variety of board roles and is regularly involved as a mentor assisting early stage startups.

James Graham, CPA

James Graham is a CPA in CO & CA, with a very diverse background assisting hundreds of rapid growth innovation-based businesses – from Start-up to Fortune 500. He has worked in a variety of C-level & board roles – and is also an occasional Angel Investor. James serves on the State of Colorado’s Office of Economic Development & International Trade’s (OEDIT) Advanced Industries Grant Review committees. As a board member of “Pledge 1%” he encourages founders who share a common commitment to their community to give back 1% of their “exit” to a non-profit organization of their choice.
