Applied Genomics – Translating Concepts to Clinic will survey the exciting recent developments in human genomics, from advances in DNA and RNA sequencing technology and clinical diagnostics to genetic engineering and gene therapies. This course will not only discuss the science behind the headlines, but also dive into the data analysis challenges and ethical considerations that the rapidly changing field poses. Participants will explore what is happening in the fields of clinical and applied genomics today and discuss emerging technologies and treatments on the horizon.
