California Life Sciences (CLS) is excited to announce new partnerships with ion Learning and Keck Graduate Institute (KGI) that will expand its professional development portfolio and provide new resources to its member community.
“We are committed to expanding our partnerships to support our members’ diverse learning needs at every stage of their career,” said Stacey Bowlin, CLS SVP, Industry Engagement and Marketing. “Through these new career development programs, we aim to elevate talent, accelerate change, cultivate skills, foster inclusivity, promote productivity, and create employment opportunities in the life sciences.”
ion Learning is an enterprise-wide Learning Experience Platform (LXP) that takes a company’s existing training content and incorporates peer learning groups using a diversity-focused algorithm to scale accountability and support systems. ion includes a starter kit of off-the-shelf premium e-learning courses to develop inclusion, emotional intelligence, and change management.
“ion Learning is thrilled to join forces with CLS. We both deeply believe that education, growth-oriented leadership, and strong peer networks are critical to transforming cultures and advancing life-saving science,” said Shavon Lindley, ion CEO. “Together, we will work to help life sciences organizations innovate faster by learning from each other, breaking down silos and status quos, and developing talent from within.”
CLS in partnership with KGI would offer the following certificates online to help working
professionals gain additional skills and become leaders within healthcare and the applied life sciences:
