California Life Sciences expands professional development course offerings through new solutions partnerships with ion Learning and Keck Graduate Institute

California Life Sciences (CLS) is excited to announce new partnerships with ion Learning and Keck Graduate Institute (KGI) that will expand its professional development portfolio and provide new resources to its member community.
“We are committed to expanding our partnerships to support our members’ diverse learning needs at every stage of their career,” said Stacey Bowlin, CLS SVP, Industry Engagement and Marketing. “Through these new career development programs, we aim to elevate talent, accelerate change, cultivate skills, foster inclusivity, promote productivity, and create employment opportunities in the life sciences.”
ION LEARNING
ion Learning is an enterprise-wide Learning Experience Platform (LXP) that takes a company’s existing training content and incorporates peer learning groups using a diversity-focused algorithm to scale accountability and support systems. ion includes a starter kit of off-the-shelf premium e-learning courses to develop inclusion, emotional intelligence, and change management.

CLS in partnership with KGI would offer the following certificates online to help working
professionals gain additional skills and become leaders within healthcare and the applied life sciences:
Certificate in Applied Genomics (CAG) is an executive education program designed for bioscience industry professionals who wish to gain expertise in the rapidly growing field of applied human genomics.
Certificate in Bioscience Management (CBM) offers supplemental education to scientists or administration interested in furthering their careers in the applied life science industry, or who are interested in learning about the process for commercial development of new therapies.
